Rejection is a tough thing for me to face, and although I have come in and out of acceptance; I stand before you today hurting when I should be praising you. I know you have taken care of me, and you are all I have in this life. Thank you for the many blessings that you give me each day. I don't know why they don't love me, or why they chose to keep and support my siblings and not me. I would embrace them all if I just had one opportunity to be with them. I have no anger; it is confusing for me, and I just have so much pain. I know you have your reasons, and I apologize for relying on other things and other people to give me joy and resolve instead of you. All my life I have let this pain get in the way of many things, and I self-sabotaged myself many times through great opportunities. I fall in and out of depression, as I secretly watch them prosper and live in happiness, as if they never knew I existed. I don't know why a mother chooses one child over the other, and I wish it didn't matter so much to me. I ask you now with an open heart to once and for all heal me of this burden. Please Father take this pain and depression away. It's hard not having a family connection to draw love and support from, and all I want is to be loved and cherished by them.
